    Efficacy of supine versus prone body position in reducing operative time in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy surgery

    Systematize the effectiveness of the supine position compared to the prone position to reduce operating time in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (PN) surgery. Material and methods: The systematic exploration that entails of 10 scientific articles evidenced on the Efficacy of the supine body position before Prone position to reduce operating time in patients undergoing NP surgery were obtained from the following databases: Google Scholar, Epistemonikos, Scielo. Of the 10 articles, 10% (1/10) corresponds to Case and Control Design, 30% (3/10) is Systematic Review design, 50% (5/10) is Meta-Analysis Design and 10% (1 /10) is a descriptive study.
