Ítem Acceso abierto Therapeutic adherence levels in hypertensive patients at the Max Arias Schreiber Health Center, La Victoria – 2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-07-03) Riveros Sullca, Jaime Luis; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: Determine the level of therapeutic adherence in patients with high blood pressure at the Max Arias Schreiber Health Center, La Victoria - 2019. Materials and methods: The methodological approach is quantitative and the design is non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational. The study worked with the total population, 150 patients with a diagnosis of high blood pressure treated at the Max Arias Schreiber Health Center, La Victoria - 2019 participated, who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The technique used for data collection was the survey and the collection instrument was the Questionnaire for the evaluation of MBG therapeutic adherence (Martín Bayarre Grau). Results: It was observed that, with respect to the level of therapeutic adherence, 62.0% obtained a level of partial adherence; 33.3% obtained a level of total adherence and 4.7% obtained a level of non-adherence; Likewise, with respect to the level of therapeutic adherence in compliance with treatment, 95.3% obtained a level of total adherence; 4.0% obtained a partial adherence level and 0.7% obtained a non-adherence level. Furthermore, with respect to the level of therapeutic adherence in personal involvement, 48.7% obtained a level of partial adherence; 35.3% obtained a level of total adherence and 16.0% obtained a level of non-adherence. Finally, with respect to the level of therapeutic adherence in the transactional relationship, 50.7% obtained a level of total adherence; 32.0% obtained a level of partial adherence and 17.3% obtained a level of non-adherence. Conclusions: The level of therapeutic adherence in patients with arterial hypertension at the Max Arias Schreiber Health Center, La Victoria - 2019 was partial.
