    Quality of nursing care and level of satisfaction of mothers of children under 36 months of age in the cred service of a national hospital in Lima, 2023

    The following research conducted in the city of Lima, aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction of mothers attending the CRED service of a national hospital, Lima 2023. In the methodology, the study had a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, applicative design. The sample consisted of 60 mothers. The technique for data collection was the survey and the instrument was a questionnaire comprised in Likert scale that was elaborated and designed by Rosales M. in during 2017. The results showed that 81.7% of the mothers of children under 36 months received medium level quality of care, 11.7% low level and 4% high level quality of care. Also, 53.3% of the mothers indicated a medium level of satisfaction, 35% low satisfaction and 11.7% high satisfaction. Conclusion, using Spearman's Rho statistic, a moderate positive correlation was found between the quality of nursing care variable and the level of satisfaction.
