    Factors related to treatment adherence in schizophrenic patients attending the Cardozo Community Mental Health Center - Belén Iquitos 2023

    Objective: Analyze the factors related to treatment adherence in schizophrenic patients attending the Cardozo Community Mental Health Center - Belén Iquitos 2023. Methodology: A quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional study approach was developed; The population is finite, consisting of 86 patients with schizophrenia who attend the Cardozo Community Mental Health Center - Belén, there is no sample, it will be a non-probabilistic sampling, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results. The factors in their dimension socioeconomic factors related to adherence to treatment in schizophrenic patients who attend the Cardozo Community Mental Health Center - Belén Iquitos 2023, there are factors associated with moderate adherence in 88.2%. In the factors in its dimension factors related to pathology related to treatment adherence in schizophrenic patients who attend the Cardozo Community Mental Health Center - Belén Iquitos 2023, there are factors associated with moderate adherence in 51.3%. In the factors in its dimension factors related to the health system related to adherence to treatment in schizophrenic patients who attend the Cardozo Community Mental Health Center - Belén Iquitos 2023, there are factors associated with moderate adherence in 73.7%.In the factors related to treatment adherence in schizophrenic patients who attend the Cardozo Community Mental Health Center - Belén Iquitos 2023, there are factors related to adherence, there are factors associated with moderate adherence in 85.5%.
