    Open government and public management in the public servants of the regional health office of San Martin, 2022.

    Introduction: Measuring the knowledge of open government and public management that public servants have within the Regional Health Directorate of San Martín is important because it impacts the guidance in health for all citizens of that region. Objective: To determine how open government is related to public management among public servants. Methods: A quantitative methodology is presented, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. A sample of 50 public servants working at the Regional Health Directorate of San Martín will be selected. The instruments used to measure the variables will be the Open Government Questionnaire created and implemented by Velazco in 2017, and the Public Management Questionnaire, developed and implemented by Terzi in 2022. The collected data will be processed using the non-parametric Spearman's Rho test, and these results will be presented in tables and figures.
