    Quality of nursing care in pediatrics and parental satisfaction of the medicine service in a national institute, Lima 2024

    The aim of this study is to examine the correlation between the quality of pediatric nursing care and the degree of satisfaction of parents in the medical service of a national institute, Lima 2024. Method: The present study employs a descriptive approach, using a nonexperimental correlational methodology. The sample included a total of 90 individuals who identified themselves as parents of infants attended at the medical service of the national institute between April – May 2024. The data collection will employ a survey technique, using an instrument composed of 16 questions. It is vital to acknowledge that this particular instrument has undergone validation in prior scholarly investigations and has been modified for application in the field of pediatrics.
