The selected articles were subjected to critical reading, using the Grade system to assign the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found from the USA, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Spain. Most of the studies have been randomized controlled trials (40%), longitudinal (10%), prospective (10%), clinical cases (30%) and systematic reviews (10%). It was evident in 100% of the research reviewed that there is effectiveness of healing in a humid environment compared to conventional healing in patients with venous ulcers, they healed in less time, the reduction of complications, and comfortable therapy for the patient, improving their quality of life. life. Useful for nursing professionals as there is better management of direct care times and savings for administration due to reduced hospitalization costs.
