    Quality of nursing care and satisfaction in hospitalized patients in the oncology service of the Delgado Clinic

    With the evolution of technology in the area of ​​oncology, the globalization of knowledge and quality standards, users look for alternatives that meet their expectations when hospitalized. One of the services that has the most contact with the client is the specialist nursing staff. in oncology. Objective: Establish the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of hospitalized patients in the oncology service of the Delgado Clinic. Materials and methods: Quantitative type, methodological, descriptive, cross-sectional correlational design. The sample will be 100% of the patients admitted to the oncology service in January 2021. Two survey-type instruments will be applied, one to measure the quality of care developed by Guzmán Blanca, and the other to measure satisfaction developed by Arteaga. To process the data, the SPSS vs 21 statistical package will be used, the conclusions and results will be reported through tables with one and double numerical and percentage entry, for the statistical analysis the Chi X2 independence test will be applied.
