Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of non-pharmacological analgesic methods to reduce pain in neonatal procedures(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-02) Rodriguez Huarcaya, Nancy Janet; Uturunco Vera, Milagros LizbethMaterial and Method: It is a quantitative and systemic review design, retrospective in nature. The population consisted of 16 articles, of which 10 articles were considered for the preparation of this systematic review and which respond to articles published in Spanish and English with not older than 10 years Scielo, Cochrane plus, Dialnet, Pubmed, Ebsco, Epistemonikos, Elservie. Results: 100% of the studies are effective, that is that non-pharmacological analgesic methods had a positive result, improving their effects through the combinations made. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles studied, a high degree of effectiveness of non-pharmacological analgesic methods such as breastfeeding, administration of sucrose, sensory saturation and radiant heat are effective in reducing pain in procedures in the newborn.
