Methods: The research method will be descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational approach. . The population and sample will be made up of 30 nursing professionals, with non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. For the processing and analysis of the survey data, first the information collected will be organized, then the coding of the data will be carried out, once the data has been collected, the data will be organized according to its study variables, the data will be They will be processed using the Excel 2019 statistical software and the SPSS statistical program version 26.0 to generate statistical frequency tables by dimensions and indicators of the study variable; Likewise, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho) will be used.
