    Nivel de cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de prescripción en recetas médicas atendidas en el servicio de farmacia del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz, periodo septiembre–noviembre 2018

    The objective of this thesis was to determine the level of compliance with good prescribing practices in medical prescriptions filled at the pharmacy service of the Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz Hospital from September to November 2018. A retrospective, observational, and descriptive study was conducted, in which 411 medical prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed. A data collection form with four study indicators was developed as the instrument. The results of the analysis showed that for the first specific objective concerning good practices for recording patient data, 53.2% of prescriptions had a high level of compliance, 27% a medium level, and 19.8% a low level, meaning more than 50% were at a high level. Similarly, for the second specific objective concerning good practices for recording medication data, 63.5% of prescriptions had a high level of compliance, 20.6% a medium level, and 15.9% a low level, with more than 50% at a high level. For the third specific objective concerning good practices for prescribers, 43.7% showed a high level of compliance, 38.1% a medium level, and 18.3% a low level, meaning less than 50% were at a high level.
