The present research work entitled " Nursing care and its relationship with user satisfaction in the cardiology hospitalization service in a hospital in Lima, 2023" aimed to determine the relationship of nursing care and user satisfaction of cardiology outpatient clinics in a Hospital of Lima. Methodology: it is of non-experimental type, correlational level. Population: The population will be made up of 50 users who are treated in the cardiology hospitalization service of the Archbishop Loayza Hospital. For data collection, a survey technique will be used as a technique and the questionnaire for both variables as an instrument. It consists of two instruments, the first has an instrument that is composed of 3 dimensions conformed by Human quality with 8 items, technical quality with 8 items and quality of the environment with 4 items in total are 20 questions to evaluate the quality of nursing care. The second is the variable questionnaire of the second instrument such as the "user satisfaction level survey", consisting of 6 dimensions that include twenty (20) items to evaluate the satisfaction of the hospitalized user in the cardiology service. A questionnaire will be used for both variables and data processing will be carried out through the use of the SPSS version 22 program, which will allow the reliability test, graphs, as well as to establish the correlation. Through the collection of information from hospitalized users, the subsequent analysis and interpretation will be carried out. Descriptive statistics will be used for the analysis through percentages, graphs, tables that will facilitate the data. The hypothesis test applied Pearson's formula R.
