    Reacciones adversas de medicamentos y vacunas contra el COVID-19 en usuarios que acuden a la botica Salud y Vida del distrito de Ancón 2021–2022

    Objective: To evaluate the adverse reactions (ADRs) to medications and vaccines against COVID-19 in users visiting the Salud y Vida Drugstore in the Ancón district from 2021 to 2022. Material and method: The method was deductive, with a quantitative approach. The type was applied, and the design was non-experimental, cross-sectional observational. The technique was a survey, and the instrument was a 24-question questionnaire with a dichotomous scale. The study was conducted at the Salud y Vida drugstore, where the population was 300 users, and a sample of 200 was taken. Result: The ADRs to medications against COVID-19 were: nausea/vomiting (3.5%), diarrhea (15%), headache (6.5%), irritability (3%), swelling (4%), liver damage (14%), and pruritus (17%). The ADRs to vaccines against COVID-19 were: inflammation (87%), pain at the injection site (85%), headache (79%), fever (46%), muscle pain (81%), and pruritus (51%). Conclusions: The study successfully identified the adverse reactions to medications and vaccines against COVID-19.
