Methodology: A quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional study approach was developed; The population was 72 nursing personnel from the Traumatology Area of a Hospital in Lima. Results. In terms of age, there are 20 to 29 years old in 26.4%, 30 to 39 years old in 40.3%, 40 to 49 years old in 15.3%, over 50 years old in 18.1%. There is moderate psychosocial risk in its psychological dimension, it is related at 51.4 to low job satisfaction. There is moderate psychosocial risk in its physiological dimension, it is related in 40.3% to low job satisfaction. There is a moderate psychosocial risk in its age dimension of 30 to 39 years, it is related in 26.4% with low job satisfaction. There is moderate psychosocial risk, which is related in 47.2% to low job satisfaction.
