Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of compensatory workplace gymnastics in reducing occupational stress and musculoskeletal pain(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-06-30) Rojas Reyes, Ruth Rosario; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: Methodize reviews on the effectiveness of compensatory work gymnastics in reducing occupational stress and musculoskeletal pain. Material and methods: Selection of studies, systematic reviews, meta-analysis and quasi-experimental. The research was restricted to complete scientific articles, which included studies that considered the effectiveness of compensatory work gymnastics in reducing occupational stress and musculoskeletal pain, discriminatory reading was carried out on the chosen works. The quality of strength and evidence were evaluated with the GRADE System. 10 scientific articles were selected, finding that 30% of them correspond to studies from Colombia, 20% to Peru and the remaining studies correspond to Chile, Denmark, the USA, Brazil and Canada; 10% each. Considering the research designs, the following were included: 10 systematic reviews, eight quasi-experimental studies, and two systematic reviews-meta-analyses. The practice of work gymnastics is what reduces work stress and musculoskeletal pain. Results: 80% reveal the effectiveness of work gymnastics for musculoskeletal problems and 20% indicate the effectiveness in work stress. Conclusions: The practice of occupational gymnastics in companies, whether private or national, plays a very important role, since, by reducing the incidence of work stress and musculoskeletal pain, the worker generates greater productivity and in turn reduces the index of work absenteeism.Publicación Acceso abierto GESTIÓN DEL TALENTO HUMANO Y SU RELACIÓN CON EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL DEL PERSONAL DEL PUESTO DE SALUD SAGRADO CORAZÓN DE JESÚS – LIMA, ENERO 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-04-23) Rojas Reyes, Ruth Rosario; Ayala Mendivil, RonaldLa tesis titulada Gestión del talento humano y su relación con el Desempeño laboral del personal del Puesto de Salud Sagrado Corazón de Jesús – Lima, enero 2018: el objetivo fue determinar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral del personal del PSSCJ. Metodología: estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación aplicada, de diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional, durante el mes de enero del 2018, donde participaron 50 trabajadores del Puesto que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica la observación, entrevista y encuesta, y el instrumento a través de un cuestionario validado de la autora Kiember Inca Allccahuaman. El procesamiento de información, se empleó el programa SPSS versión 22 y Excel. Los resultados reveló que existe relación estadísticamente significativa según p=0,000 entre las variables gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral del personal del PSSCJ, existe relación estadísticamente significativa según p=0,007 entre gestión del talento humano y la calidad del trabajo del desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del PSSCJ; por último, existe relación estadísticamente significativa según p=0,007 entre gestión del talento humano y el trabajo en equipo del desempeño laboral del personal del PSSCJ.Ítem Acceso abierto Satisfaction with nursing care in patients attending the diabetes mellitus prevention and control program at the Huarupampa Health Center, Huaraz-Ancash.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2015) Paucar Espinoza, Gian Carlos; Rojas Reyes, Ruth Rosario; Krederdt Araujo, Sherin LuzTo determine the level of satisfaction with nursing care among patients attending the Diabetes Mellitus Prevention and Control Program at the "Huarupampa" Health Center in Huaraz, Ancash. The study was quantitative, exploratory descriptive design, and therefore novel at the mentioned center. It was cross-sectional, with non-probabilistic sampling. The Rating Scale was used as the instrument, applied only once with informed consent. The degree of satisfaction among patients with type II diabetes who attended the Program was determined, with nearly all (99.35%) being satisfied. In the "Nurse's treatment of the patient" dimension, more than half (57.42%) of the patients were moderately satisfied. In the "Technical quality of care" dimension, a little less than half (47.74%) of the patients were satisfied, and the other half was divided between dissatisfied (27.74%) and satisfied (24.52%). In the "Physical environment where care is given," two-thirds (69.03%) of the patients were dissatisfied, with no patients being satisfied. In the "Continuity of nursing care" dimension, all patients were dissatisfied. Finally, in the "Care outcomes" dimension, more than two-thirds (72.90%) of the patients were moderately satisfied.
