Objective: to analyze the relationship between nursing care quality and satisfaction in mothers of children under 5 years of age, Tahuantinsuyo Alto Health Center, Lima 2023. Method: hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, basic, non-experimental-transversal; 125 mothers who have children under 5 years of age attending the CRED clinic of the Tahuantinsuyo Alto Health Center will make up the population and through probabilistic sampling, a sample of 95 mothers will be available; two questionnaires will be applied to this group: "Quality of nursing care" and "Satisfaction with nursing care", both should be subjected to validity and reliability in order to be applied. The data collected will be processed in the SPSS statistical software, its presentation will be by means of descriptive tables and graphs, to contrast the hypotheses it will be necessary to use the Kolmogorov - Smirnov test where the statistical test that will help to contrast the research hypotheses will be determined.Ítem Acceso abierto Satisfaction of the mother of the child under 5 years of age on the care provided by the nurse in the CRED strategy of the EE.SS I-2 Jesús Oropeza Chonta. SS I-2 Jesús Oropeza Chonta, Puente Piedra, 2021. Methodology: This study has a quantitative cross-sectional approach and a correlational design, the total population is 300 mothers who attend the CRED clinic, of which only 59 mothers will be selected according to the sample calculation formula. for a finite population and the inclusion and exclusion criteria mentioned in the research project. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey will be used as an instrument through which the information necessary for the development of this research will be collected through dimensions of quality such as the human dimension, timely, continuous and safe, this survey consists of 22 closed questions in which a code table was created assigning a value to the answers: never (1), sometimes (1) and always (1). The data collection will be carried out in a period of 2 months in the growth and development clinics of the EE. SS I-2 Jesús Oropeza Chonta, when relevant data is obtained through the application of the instrument, the data obtained by the The Excel program will be used for the survey, which will allow the creation of a database to record the information collected for all the indicators of the study variables. Statistical analysis: to carry out the descriptive analysis, graphical representations will be used. Validity was determined using the Pearson correlation coefficient test and each item is greater than 0.3 and having a 95% confidence level and a 0.05 relative error.
