Ítem Acceso abierto Psychosocial risk factors related to the presence of burnout syndrome in workers at the Sodimac company – Santa Anita headquarters, Lima 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-05-19) Romero Alzamora, Lizbeth Miriam; Camarena Chamaya, Luis MiguelIntroduction: Work and/or the work environment is one of the most common stressors of the human being and its own multifactors such as a way of working and organization allow to strengthen or weaken its adaptability, when the worker's adaptability mechanisms are exceeded, alterations with symptoms appear with various physiological and psycho-emotional consequences, which affect the quality of life of people, therefore an adequate way of working, psychosocial factors and their risks are essential for optimal "Occupational Health" and that leads to the study of all types of work that are currently found, as is the case of those offered by companies (Transnationals) in the Retail modality and/or supermarkets, which provide, like Sodimac, the sales/consulting service with customer treatment directly from person to person. Objective: To determine how the Psychosocial Risk Factors are related to the presence of Burnout Syndrome (SB) in the workers of the SODIMAC company in Santa Anita 2024. Methods: Non-experimental, descriptive study, with a quantitative, correlational and crosssectional approach. The population will be finite and will be made up of 100 workers, according to the census sample for convenience, which will be made up of all the personnel who have a position occupied in the Sodimac company. The survey will be used with the completion of two Liker-type questionnaires, the SUCESO/ISTAS 21 and Maslach Burnout (MBI) instruments, which were validated by Bruno using the multivariate statistical technique of confirmatory factor analysis. The information collected will be processed in the statistical software SPSS 25, to perform the univariate descriptive analysis through statistical tables and graphs.
