    Evaluación de cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de oficinas farmacéuticas de la Av. Próceres de la Independencia, San Juan de Lurigancho 2021–2022

    The objective was to evaluate compliance with good pharmaceutical office practices on Av. Próceres de la Independencia in San Juan de Lurigancho. In this research, a deductive, descriptive-analytical method was chosen, with a basic quantitative approach and a non-experimental, descriptive, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 26 pharmaceutical establishments, where a checklist instrument with 29 items across four dimensions was applied. Its reliability, measured by Cronbach's alpha, was 0.876. Results: 62% of the establishments achieved a high level of compliance with the requirements for staff knowledge, experience, and responsibility. 62% also reported a high level of compliance in the dimension of adequate infrastructure, furniture, and equipment. Additionally, 31% of the establishments had a high level of compliance regarding required documentation. Finally, it was demonstrated that all evaluated establishments have a Certification of Good Pharmaceutical Office Practices. Conclusion: 54% of the pharmaceutical establishments comply with good pharmaceutical office practices.
