    The main objective of this research work is to determine the relationship that exists between the distance traveled through the 6-minute walk test and the functional status of post-covid-19 patients, Alberto Sabogal Hospital, Callao- 2022. Applying for the distance traveled a sub-maximal test such as the 6-minute walk which consists of measuring the maximum distance that a person can travel during a period of 6 minutes walking as fast as possible; This test allows for quantification of treatment outcomes and is particularly important to evaluate in the context of a care model that is rapidly changing as a result of the pandemic. and the post covid-19 functional scale to specify the functional status of patients through a structured interview that helps define the effectiveness of the therapy on functional results and quality of life after covid-19, either as a result of the specific infection. The hypothetical deductive method was used, because the central idea would be a hypothesis with empirical data using specific standards to reaffirm the truth or falsity of said initial hypothesis; quantitative approach, type of applied research, non-experimental design.

    FRECUENCIA DEL RIESGO DISERGONÓMICO EN TRABAJADORES DEL ÁREA DE MEDICINA FÍSICA Y REHABILITACIÓN DE UN HOSPITAL DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CALLAO, 2018

    El 95% de los trabajadores poseen condiciones ergonómicas desfavorables: disergonómicas, en sus puestos de trabajo; lo cual trae como consecuencias una serie de traumatismos que engloban fatiga muscular, fatiga tendinosa y ligamentosa, fatiga articular, así como dolor de cuello y espalda; también molestias en hombros, piernas y otros problemas relacionados con la salud. Los trabajadores sanitarios no están exentos de sufrir estas alteraciones. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la frecuencia del riesgo disergonómico en trabajadores del área de medicina física y rehabilitación de un hospital de la provincia del Callao, durante el 2018. Se realizó una investigación de tipo descriptiva, cuantitativa, transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 66 trabajadores sanitarios; la edad media fue 47,59 con una desviación estándar de 11,15; siendo el valor mínimo 29 y el máximo 68. Se utilizó el sistema ergonómico de evaluación REBA. Se obtuvieron como resultados: el 93,9% manifestó tener algún tipo de dolor músculo esquelético, con mayor frecuencia en la región lumbar: 43,5%. 59,1% presenta riesgo moderado de sufrir lesiones músculo esqueléticas; el 30,3 riesgo alto. Los fisioterapeutas tienen más probabilidades de sufrir lesiones músculo esqueléticas. No se encontraron resultados estadísticamente significativos al realizar en cruce de variables.
