    The research work was born with the need to reduce the clinical factors associated with cesarean delivery in pregnant adolescents, knowing the research could reduce possible complications. Objective: To establish the clinical factors associated with cesarean delivery in pregnant adolescents treated at the Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue 2017 - 2021. Materials: Observational, retrospective and cross-sectional study. For the study of the sample, the non-probability and convenience sampling technique was used, and it was made up of 134 adolescent pregnant women at the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital from 2017 to 2021. The documentary analysis and questionnaires were used as data collection instruments . The statistical analysis was carried out using the Excel program and SPSS 21 and the non-parametric Rho de Spearman.test was used for the inferential analysis Results: With a reliability level of 95% and an error of 5% for 1 degree of freedom, a connection value of 9.09 is established, and a significance of 0.004, said value being less than the P value established, so the hypothesis is accepted. investigation and the null hypothesis is rejected. Conclusions: There is a relationship between the study variables.
