    Quality of nursing care and its relationship with respect to the satisfaction of emergency patients, Divino Niño Jesús clinic, Lima, Perú-2023

    The objective presented is to analyze the relationship between the quality of nursing care and its relationship with respect to the satisfaction of emergency patients, Divino Niño Jesús clinic, Lima, Peru-2023. The materials and methods used were of a qualitative approach, of a correlational design and have a cross section. It presented a non-probabilistic sampling that allowed the integration of the sample of 100 patients. Regarding the results that were obtained, it was possible to verify that the quality of nursing care with respect to its professional quality dimension with satisfaction, there is a high professional quality with 60%, for which the patients are highly satisfied, which is reflected in percentage of 82%. The relationship between quality of nursing care in its quality of service dimension with a focus on patient satisfaction shows a high quality that is reflected in 55% and high satisfaction of patients in the emergency area, which is related to 82 %. Focusing on the quality of care with the satisfaction of the people treated in the emergency area, the result shows that there is a high quality that is reflected in 58% and high satisfaction on the part of hospital emergency patients that is related to 82 %. It was possible to conclude that a high relationship prevails between the variables that were analyzed.
