Lima, 2019- 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-24) Roque Orellana, Nieves Lucia; Montellanos Cabrera, Henry SamThe objective is to determine the forensic psychological profile of the offender in the criminal investigation of the crime of femicide in the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the national Police of Peru (DIRINCRI-PNP), in Lima during the years 2019 to 2021, according to the expert and research. Non-experimental, cross-sectional, basic and quantitative study, whose sample was 86; 47 psychological reports and 39 experts in criminalistics (07 experts-32 investigations). The results are as follows: in the preliminary phase, they consider the professional experience indispensable, according to the Investigations 77.14% (high), Experts 75% (high); 50% (high) of the Experts believe that the requirement of psychological evaluation is appropriate, while Investigations 60% (high) consider the participation of experts on site. In the executive phase, 75% (high) for experts and 79.99% (high and regular) for investigators, the identification of the psychological profile facilitates police actions of surveillance, capture, search and seizures. In the clinical approach, according to Pesquisas 71.42% (high) have psychological profile of the offender; 88.57% (high) of Pesquisas believe that in obtaining forensic psychology expertise it is necessary to share with the experts who had 100% (high), taking into account the police actions at the crime scene, preliminary interrogations, as well as medical expertise and others. And in the statistical approach, it was for investigations the 88.57% (high) believe that, at the end of the investigation of the crime of femicide, the forensic psychology expert opinions of the femicide offender allow to know the form and circumstances of the facts, choice, use of the instrument and motive of the crime that are basic for the implementation of improvement plans; 70% (high) of experts believe that the criminal behavior practiced to the femicidal offender is that he does not tolerate frustration, 30% (regular) is manipulative; and 100% (high), regarding that during the psychological evaluation of the femicidal offender it was necessary the physical and attitudinal description of the evaluated. In the inferential analysis of Pearson's chi square test, a significance of p=0.495 was found. It is concluded that there are no significant differences in the forensic psychological profile of the offender in the criminal investigation of the crime of femicide in the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the National Police of Peru (DIRINCRI-PNP), in Lima during the years 2019 to 2021, according to the expert and research.
