Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of Citrate Versus Heparin Anticoagulation in Decreasing Bleeding in Patients With Acute Renal Failure on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Cabanillas Huamán, Augusto Enrique; Rosas Casique, Diana Beatriz; Remuzgo Artezano, AnikaObjective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of citrate anticoagulation versus heparin to reduce bleeding in patients with acute renal failure on continuous renal replacement therapy. Results: The results obtained from the systematic reviews show that of the total of 10 scientific articles reviewed, 100% (n=10/10) report that the use of citrate anticoagulation is more effective compared to the use of heparin. , show that the implementation of a protocol, and the choice of first-line use of citrate anticoagulation is safe, and has more advantages than heparin, because it presents a lower risk of bleeding complications. and/or bleeding. Fernández states that the incidence of hemorrhage was (0% vs. 10.3%). Zhang indicated that citrate is able to reduce the risk of bleeding 0.28 (95% CI 0.15 0.50). Wu reported a statistically significant decrease in bleeding (RR, 0.34; 95% CI, 0, 17-0.65). Conclusions: 100% (n=10/10) show that the use of citrate anticoagulation is more effective compared to the use of heparin, because it significantly reduces the risk and complications of hemorrhage and/or bleeding.Publicación Acceso abierto EFICACIA DE LA ANTICOAGULACION DEL CITRATO VERSUS LA HEPARINA PARA DISMINUIR EL SANGRADO EN PACIENTES CON INSUFICIENCIA RENAL AGUDA EN TERAPIA DE REEMPLAZO RENAL CONTINUA(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Rosas Casique, Diana Beatriz; Mg. Fe y Alegría No. 10 Comas-2015(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2015) Blas Aguilar, Diana Patricia; Rosas Casique, Diana Beatriz; Santiago Abregú, SoniaThe onset of adolescence tests the functioning of the family system. The study titled "Family Functionality Related to the Onset of Sexual Activity in Adolescents in the 4th Year of Secondary School at I.E. Fe y Alegría No. 10 Comas-2015" aimed to determine the relationship between family functionality and the onset of sexual activity in adolescents. The research design was quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional. Among the relevant findings, no statistically significant relationship was found between family functionality and the onset of sexual activity (p=0.217). Regarding family functionality, 73% of adolescents came from families with a low level of family functionality. Concerning the onset of sexual activity, 13% of the population had started their sexual activity; of this percentage, 38% began at 14 years of age, with 67% being male, who initiated sexual activity more frequently. The study concludes that most adolescents come from families with low family functionality, and few have started sexual activity. Furthermore, no significant relationship was found between the level of family functionality and the onset of sexual activity.
