    Low back pain (LBP) is a prevalent issue among the population. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), nearly 80% of individuals will experience this pain at least once in their lifetime. In 90% of cases, no specific injury is found to explain the condition. When pain occurs during movement or physical activity, it is classified as mechanical low back pain. "Low back pain has a significant economic and social impact, becoming one of the leading causes of workplace absenteeism."
