    Percepción del clima organizacional de los trabajadores en el área de farmacia – Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé, marzo 2018

    The objective of the present research is to determine the Organizational Climate perceived in the pharmacy area – Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé, March 2018. The research is descriptive, the design was observational, and the population consisted of 47 workers. As a data collection instrument, a survey was used; this instrument was developed and validated by the Technical Committee of Organizational Climate of the Ministry of Health of Peru (RM No. 468-2011 / MINSA, June 14, 2011), considering three levels of Organizational Climate, through a value scale: unhealthy 1.00 to 2.00, to be improved 2.01 to 3.00, and healthy 3.01 to 4.00. In conclusion, the perceived level of Organizational Climate in the pharmacy area – Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé, March 2018, presents on average a level “to be improved” in its dimensions, with the following results: a level to be improved was perceived in the dimension of Human Potential (x = 2.88), a level to be improved in the dimension of Organizational Design (x = 2.86), and a level to be improved in the dimension of Organizational Culture (x = 3.07).
