On the other hand, work performance refers not only to the work performed by the employee but to everything he/she knows how to do, taking into account his/her attitudes and values. Objective: To determine the relationship between work performance and ergonomic risk factors of teachers at the IST Daniel A. Carrión, headquarters 7811-2022. Methodology: It is a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational and applied study, including the population of 84 teachers of the IST Daniel A. Carrión, 7811. Survey and observational techniques were used as study techniques. The questionnaire and REBA METHOD were used as instruments. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 27 statistical program and the Spearman's Rho correlation statistical test for ordinal data was used. Results: it was found that the evaluation of job performance of 84 teachers of the IST Daniel A. Carrión, headquarters 7811-2022. Only 2.4% of the teachers presented a poor performance level, 50.0% of the teachers presented a moderate performance level and 47.6% of the teachers presented a good performance level. Regarding the results of the REBA method, no teacher presented an inappreciable risk; 14.3% presented a low risk; 36.9% of the teachers presented a medium risk; 42.9% of the teachers presented a high risk and only 6.0% of the teachers presented a very high risk. A value of p<0.05 is observed we can conclude, at a significance level of 5%, which rejects the null hypothesis; that is to say that work performance has a high and inverse intensity relationship (rho=-0.810) with the ergonomic risk factors of the teachers of IST Daniel A. Carrión headquarters 7811-2022, which has been corroborated by means of Spearman's rho correlation coefficient; likewise, the value of the correlation coefficient is R=0.771. Conclusions: The research conducted established that there is a relationship between the variables ergonomic risk factors and work performance, and their degree of correlation (R=0.771) is direct and strong.Publicación Acceso abierto Efecto de los ejercicios de fortalecimiento en el pie plano de los niños con síndrome de Down de 3 a 10 años en Fisiocentro Surquillo- Lima 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-07-08) Ruiz Junchaya, Frank Alex; Melgarejo Valverde, José AntonioEl problema de alteraciones de pie es muy frecuentemente en los niños con síndrome de Down debido principalmente a una alteración de hipotonía generalizada, hiperlaxitud y tendencia al pie plano. Por otro lado, los ejercicios de fortalecimiento dentro de un programa de tratamiento han mostrado efectividad en el fortalecimiento de los músculos intrínsecos del pie los cuales son responsables de la arquitectura y correcto posicionamiento de los arcos del pie.
