    Quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction, Surgical Center of a hospital in Lima, 2024

    The purpose of this work is to determine the level of quality in nursing care provided by surgical nursing professionals and its relationship with patient satisfaction in a hospital in Lima. Methodology: The research will follow a quantitative paradigm with a non-experimental design and correlational scope, involving a sample of 100 surgical patients. Data collection will be conducted through surveys using two questionnaires. The variable "quality of care" will be evaluated through 33 items encompassing the dimensions of interpersonal, technical-scientific, and environment/comfort. Patient satisfaction will be measured through 30 items assessing human, timely, continuous, and safe satisfaction. The data collection will provide a coded information base, which will be statistically analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. Results will be presented in tables and figures, considering both descriptive and inferential analyses, using tests such as Spearman's correlation.
