Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of care and satisfaction of mothers of newborns in the neonatology service of the Chincha hospital – Peru, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-12-17) Sánchez Quispe, María Norma; Molina Torres, Jose GregorioIt is completely known that, to measure care in health institutions, user satisfaction is the key to measuring care and at the same time specifying the possibility of improvement that occurs in health establishments. Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between the quality of care and the satisfaction of mothers of newborns in the neonatology service of a hospital in Chincha.” Methodology: Hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach, applied, non-experimental correlational, cross-sectional; 108 postpartum women will collaborate in the analysis unit. Technique to use will be the survey where we will use two instruments, one for each variable: Variable quality of care, I will use the tool developed by high school graduates Ana Maria Coronado Chaname and Karen Judith Vázquez Santiesteban in Chiclayo in 2018; Likewise, the second variable, mothers' satisfaction, the instrument that we will use was used by the Nursing graduate Rocío Yesenia Quito Vargas in Lima in 2022, where they were validated through expert judges and the reliability result had a Cronbach's alpha. of 0.7689, which was considered approved. The data processing will be carried out using the statistical software SPSS version 25.0 and the correlation of both variables will be carried out using Spearman.
