    Burnout syndrome in the nursing professional who works in a private clinic in Lima, 2020

    Objective: To determine the level of Burnout Syndrome in nursing professionals working in a private clinic in Lima, 2020. Materials and methods. A quantitative study, descriptive, cross-sectional design, was carried out in a sample of 41 nurses who were surveyed and the instrument: Maslach Burnout Inventory Questionnaire was applied to them. The data collected were entered into a database in the SPSS 24 program; they were processed with the percentile test. Results. Burnout Syndrome in nursing professionals is high in just under half (43.9%), followed by a medium level that is at risk of suffering from it (29.3%).
