Materials and Methods: This is a Systematic Review of 5 scientific articles on the effectiveness of educational interventions in increasing handwashing among emergency services personnel. These articles were found in the Pubmed and Medline databases, all of which are of systematic review design (4 articles) and meta-analysis (1 article), which are considered the highest and most reliable in terms of evidence quality and recommendation strength. Conclusions: Educational intervention is effective in increasing handwashing among healthcare personnel.
