Materials and methods: An observational, prospective, cross-sectional, and analytical study. A total of 132 adolescent mothers who attended the Sangarara Health Center from January to June 2021 were enrolled. Results: The descriptive and inferential results of both variables show a low knowledge level and poor preventive attitude in 18.9%, a medium knowledge level and regular attitude in 65.9%, and a high knowledge level with good attitude in 15.2%. However, the p-value (p=0.000) is statistically significant between the knowledge level and preventive attitude regarding HPV infection in adolescent mothers at the Sangarara Health Center. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant relationship between the level of knowledge and preventive attitudes regarding HPV infection in adolescent mothers treated at the Sangarara Health Center.
