    Quality of nursing care and satisfaction perceived by parents of neonates hospitalized in critical care units at a northern Lima hospital, 2022

    The present work seeks to relate and interpret the variables: quality of nursing care and the degree of satisfaction of parents of newborns hospitalized in the Critical Units (NICU or ICU) of a hospital in the north of Lima. The information collection process will be carried out within the hospital facilities, in the months of February to May 2022, after coordination with the corresponding authorities. Regarding its research method, it is hypothetical - deductive, with a quantitative approach, basic - applied, non-experimental (observational) and correlational - transversal design. The parents for the study amount to 50 people, previously meeting the inclusion criteria. To measure the variable quality of nursing care, survey N.1 (see annex N.2) developed by Salcedo C. will be used as a measurement instrument, with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.800 and a validity of 100%. For the variable satisfaction perceived by parents, its measurement instrument will be questionnaire N.2 (see annex N.2) developed by Salcedo C., with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.821 and validity of 100%. The results obtained will be grouped and processed in the statistical programs Excel and SPSS v25.
