    Quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction in the emergency of a hospital in Lima 2023

    General objective: Determine the quality of nursing care and its relationship with patient satisfaction in the emergency. Materials and Methods: a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational level investigation. Population: The population will be made up of 120 patients who will be treated during the month of December 2023. Because it is a small population, it will become a census sample, according to inclusion and exclusion criteria to reduce the bias that according to the characteristics of the population. population could exist. To measure the knowledge variable, 2 standardized instruments with Peruvian validity and reliability will be used. The processing of the data and its subsequent statistical analysis will be carried out through the statistical software for social sciences, SPSS version 23 program, the data obtained will be entered, after correlative coding. During this process, data cleaning will be taken into account, excluding those questionnaires that presented at least one missing response to the main variables. To determine the relationship between the study variables, inferential statistical analysis will be used to establish the relationship between the variables through the chi square statistical test.
