    PROTEÍNA C REACTIVA Y SU RELACIÓN CON LOS FACTORES DE RIESGO ASOCIADOS A SÍNDROME METABÓLICO EN TRABAJADORES DE MANTENIMIENTO TÉCNICO ASISTIDOS PARA UNA EVALUACIÓN DE SALUD OCUPACIONAL EN EL AÑO 2016

    El objetivo fue establecer la relación entre los valores de la proteína C Reactiva y los factores de riesgo asociados a síndrome metabólico en trabajadores de mantenimiento técnico asistidos para una evaluación de Salud Ocupacional en el año 2016. El Tipo de estudio fue Cuantitativo prospectivo, transversal, descriptivo. De los trabajadores de mantenimiento técnico que acudieron a su control anual en un laboratorio de salud ocupacional en el año 2016, se le realizaron los exámenes de glucosa basal, colesterol hdl, triglicéridos y la medición de CC y presión arterial, la cual luego fue comparado con la Proteína C reactiva. Con respecto a las correlaciones de speaman entre el PCR y los factores asociados al síndrome metabólico se observa un coeficiente de correlación de 0.190 con un sig de 0.086 indicándome una relación no significativa con el PCR. Por otro lado, la relación de glucosa con la PCR si se observa una relación significativa en los datos de nuestra población con un coeficiente de correlación de 0,291 con un sig de ,008. De los factores del síndrome metabólico comparados con el PCR, el factor que se encontró una relación significativa con un coeficiente de correlación de ,291y un sig de ,008 fue la glucosa.

    Tiempo de espera y satisfacción del usuario externo en detecta clínica, Lima 2022

    The present research study presents as a general objective, to determine the level of relationship between the waiting time and the satisfaction of the external user, a study carried out in the month of February 2022. The approach of the thesis is quantitative that focuses on the statistical study, the type of study is applied, the research design developed is non-experimental - cross-sectional. The technique used is the survey, through two questionnaires, one which is the Waiting Time questionnaire and the other is the SUCE questionnaire that will measure the satisfaction of the external user. The reliability of the Waiting Time Questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.87 and the SUCE Questionnaire with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.90, the validity was applied through the evaluation of experts, obtained in the thesis "Waiting time and satisfaction of care in patients who attend the Palmeras de Oquendo health center, Callao 2019”. The conclusion obtained in the investigation is the effect of the waiting time on the satisfaction of the patients attended by Detecta Clinica, in which the degree of association between variables was obtained (bilateral sig. = 0.001 ˂ 0.05). In relation to satisfaction, it was as follows: 91.24% considered high satisfaction, 6.45% considered partial satisfaction and 2.30% considered regular satisfaction.
