In the present study "Level of knowledge about the administration of vitamin C and its relationship with the practice of nurses who provide home care in times of Covid-19 pandemic, in Lima, 2022", the objective was raised: To determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge about the administration of vitamin C and the level of performance in the practice of nursing staff. Methodology: The study is correlational, of an application type and non-experimental design. The population is made up of sixty (60) nursing professionals who work in House Nursing. The data collection technique was the survey and observation. The instruments that were applied were a questionnaire and an observation guide. Results: A positive and strong correlation was evident, statistically significant between the study variables with a Spearman coefficient of 0.8473959. Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a relationship between the study variables. Regarding the dimensions of generalities, dosage and situational, the correlation values amount to 0.6582887, 0.5416052 and 0.4313139 respectively. The above reflects the importance of correct conceptual management as it is directly related to the practical performance of nursing staff.
