For this, the nursing professional at first-level health centers must promote, protect, and support exclusive breastfeeding through educational sessions, aiming to bring about lifestyle changes. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge of first-time mothers about exclusive breastfeeding who attend the Growth and Development Control service at a Health Center in Lima, 2020. Materials and methods: This study is quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, and cross-sectional. The data collection technique used is the survey. The instrument is the questionnaire.
