El uso del portafolio digital y el desarrollo de competencias transversales en estudiantes de odontología de una universidad nacional de Pasco, 2022

The present investigation was carried out with the main objective of knowing the relationship between the use of the digital portfolio and the development of transversal competences in dental students of a national university in Pasco, 2022. The variables studied included the use of the digital portfolio and the development of transversal competences and the respective dimensions of each of them. The research was applied type and quantitative approach. The level was correlational and the cross-sectional descriptive non-experimental design. The population was made up of 211 dentistry students from a national university in Pasco, the sample was non-probabilistic of the census type, the inclusion criteria were: Students enrolled in the different study semesters until April 2022. The data collection technique was the survey, two questionnaires were used as a research instrument that were sent virtually to the Classroom platform of each student. The results were analyzed with a significance level of 0.00<0.05 and using Spearman's correlation coefficient. (ro=0.414), The descriptive analysis of the data indicates that the use of the digital portfolio is in the indicator of regular, in 50.2% and the development of transversal competences at the level in process with 42.2% is concluded that there is a relationship to a low positive degree between the use of the digital portfolio and the development of transversal skills in dental students of a national university in Pasco, 2022.
