    Trastornos metabólicos relacionados al aporte calórico de la nutrición parenteral en pacientes prematuros del Hospital Nacional Docente Madre Niño San Bartolomé, Lima 2023

    Currently in Peru, the statistics on metabolic disorders generated by the use of parenteral nutrition have been little investigated, especially in premature patients who receive caloric intake and to see if there is a relationship between the two, which is why this research was carried out at the Hospital National Teaching Mother Child San Bartolomé, Lima 2023, setting ourselves as Objective: Determine the relationship of metabolic disorders with the caloric intake of parenteral nutrition in premature patients. Methodology: hypothetical deductive with descriptive, observational, correlational and transversal design. It was carried out in a period of 6 months where the population was all formats of parenteral nutrition program for premature patients less than 1500 g. using the hospital's computer system. The statistical analysis included mean and standard deviation of the variables of interest, making comparative tables and Pearson's r correlation was performed for the Hypothesis test. Results: Metabolic disorders are related to the caloric intake of parenteral nutrition in premature patients, given that in the case of hyperglycemia there is an inverse relationship with respect to the carbohydrate intake, with respect to uremia and hypertriglyceridemia with the protein intake. and lipids respectively that no correlation was found, conclusion: the metabolic disorder is related to the caloric intake of parenteral nutrition, in the case of hyperglycemia there is an inverse relationship with carbohydrate, in the case of uremia and hypertriglyceridemia it could not be demonstrate that there is a relationship with caloric intake.
