    This research, titled "Level of Satisfaction of Users Served at the MIFARMA Drugstore Chain, Zone 6, Cercado de Lima, Lima 2021," had the objective of evaluating the level of satisfaction of users served at the MIFARMA drugstore chain in Zone 6 of Cercado de Lima in 2021. METHOD: The study was descriptive, deductive, with an observational and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 241,761 users, from which a sample of 302 users was studied via a survey. They were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The questionnaire used was a SERVPERF model modified for SERVQUAL, which is composed of 22 questions. RESULTS: Each dimension of the satisfaction level was evaluated, and a high level of satisfaction was obtained. CONCLUSION: The users who were served at the Mifarma drugstore chain showed a 76.6% rate of high satisfaction.
