Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad de servicio del profesional de enfermería y satisfacción del usuario apendicectomizado en una clínica privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-16) Santos Reyes, Araceli; Caycho Valencia, Félix AlbertoThe objective of this study was to determine the quality of nursing professional service and its relationship with the satisfaction of the appendectomized user. The study method was deductive with a quantitative approach, correlational analytical type and non-experimental design. The population consisted of 101 appendectomized patients in their immediate postoperative stage at the San Borja Headquarters International Clinic located in Lima province. The results were: of the 101 users, 51.5% of the users were between 20 and 35 years old, 38.6% of the appendectomized users were married and 60.4% of the appendectomized users had higher education. Likewise, 98.8% of the appendectomized users were satisfied with the quality of the nursing professional's service and it was considered adequate. The correlation analysis for each dimension was: Accessibility (0.638 p=0.002) Explains and facilitates (0.689 p=0.001) Comforts (0.540 p=0.000) Anticipates (0.396 p=0.010) Maintains trust (0.871 p=0.000) and Monitors (0.686 p=0.001). It is concluded that there is a direct (0.790) and significant (p=0.001) correlation between the quality of service of the nursing professional and the satisfaction of the appendectomized user in a Private Clinic in Metropolitan Lima.
