In this sense, the quality of health care is the optimization of the processes in the provision of health with high quality standards in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient; in such a way to reduce the possible incidents and adverse events that can complicate the patient; therefore, it must be a commitment that must be assumed by the multidisciplinary team. The objective of the research is "to determine the level of patient satisfaction regarding the quality of care of the nursing staff in the Emergency service of an EsSalud Hospital. Lima-2023”. The method used will be a hypothetical - deductive, quantitative, observational, basic, descriptive, observational, non-experimental, cross-sectional study. The sample will be selected probabilistically and will consist of 359 users (patients) who attend the hospital in an emergency situation. The technique used will be surveys and its instrument, the SERVQUAL questionnaire, was modified by the MINSA for health establishments, said instruments to be used will be valid and reliable with high consistency. The study will be carried out between October, November and December 2023. The data obtained will be classification, classification, tabulation and, if pertinent, with coding using Excel 2013 information systems and the data analysis will be using SPSS 28. The results They will be illustrated in tables and graphs as appropriate, then they will be analyzed and interpreted, later they will be discussed. Spearman's Rho statistical test will be used as it is a descriptive study of unparamented data.
