Ítem Acceso abierto Organizational climate and job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the intensive care unit, Lima province hospital, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-11) Serrano Rivera, Kely Mayra; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaThe general objective of this study is to determine the relationship that exists between the organizational climate and the job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the intensive care unit, Hospital Lima Provincias, 2022, with a quantitative approach methodology, applied type, non-specific design. experimental, hypothetical deductive method, where the population will be made up of 70 nursing professionals who work in the intensive care unit meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the technique for data collection will be the survey and the instrument will be two questionnaires. Likert scale in which they have been validated by five expert judges in the first organizational climate questionnaire with a value greater than 90%, and in the second job satisfaction questionnaire validated with three expert judges obtaining adequate validity, with respect to To the degree of reliability, Cronbach's alpha was performed with a value of 0.99 for the organizational climate variable and the other value of 0.720 for job satisfaction.
