    Level of interpersonal leadership of the nursing assistant in hospitalization of a private clinic from July to December 2021

    The objective of this study is: To identify the level of interpersonal leadership of the hospitalization care nurse of a private clinic in the district of Lima. The Method: It is basic with an observational-descriptive design with a cross-sectional quantitative approach. Because it is a small population, the study will be carried out with a total of 63 nurses from the hospitalization service, of whom a questionnaire will be administered to evaluate the levels of interpersonal leadership from a previous investigation by Egoavil in the year (2003), with a reliability of 3 experts with 100% applicability executed by calculating Cronbach's Alpha coefficient = 0.71, validating the nurses' perception of the service in the behaviors they take. The result of this work will show us how much the influence of the care nurse is through the interpersonal leadership level before the actions they take in their daily work, multidisciplinary teamwork and the events that occur during their daily work in their organization. From this it will be determined whether the skills and actions taken will be appropriate for management, guaranteeing compliance with the processes, goals and objectives of the institution.
