    Leadership styles and job satisfaction in nurses at the surgical center of hospital Dos de Mayo 2022

    Introduction: The evolution of the nursing profession in a surgical center has developed the figure of the unit leader, making it fundamental. The leadership style influences the work environment and staff satisfaction, influencing the functioning and quality of care provided by the surgical center staff. Objective: To determine the relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction of surgical center nurses at Hospital Dos De Mayo 2021 Methods: The study will be observational, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and intentional sample will be made up of 80 nurses from the surgical center of Hospital Dos de Mayo - Lima. The sample will be taken between October and December 2021 using the Castro, Nader and Casullo questionnaire scale and the SL-SPC scale that will collect data to be processed through non-parametric tests to identify the relationship between both variables in order to prove that there is a relationship between the types of leadership and the job satisfaction of the nursing staff
