    Workload and quality of nursing notes in the emergency service in a public hospital in Lima 2023

    Objective: Determine the relationship between workload and quality of the notes of nursing professionals in the emergency service in a Public Hospital in the city of Lima, 2023. Sample: the total population, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and transversal. Instruments: To evaluate the variable “workload of nursing staff” the workload evaluation scale questionnaire for nursing staff created by Llanezca, validated by Ahumada in 2018 will be used and to evaluate the variable “quality of nursing notes” the questionnaire created by Morales, validated by Chanamé in 2016, will be applied. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson's Correlation) or non-parametric (Spearman's Rho Correlation).
