The study followed a hypothetico-deductive approach, with a quantitative focus, and applied experimental design with a pre-experimental sub-design. The study population consisted of patients diagnosed with knee pain at the National Hospital of Moquegua in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation area between November and December 2022, with a total of 104 patients and a sample of 82. The Tampa Scale and a Goniometer were used to assess the dependent variables, validated by expert judgment along with a data collection sheet developed by the author. A pilot test with 20 patients was conducted, yielding a Cronbach's alpha of 0.86, confirming the reliability of this instrument for future research by healthcare professionals.
