Materials and Methods: This study had a quantitative approach, with a basic level, descriptive-correlational type, and a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 80 nursing graduates. Data were obtained through a questionnaire and a checklist. Results: 12.50% had a deficient level of knowledge about biosafety, and 38.75% had an average level. The study concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge about biosafety and practices regarding biological risk among the nursing graduates in the hospitalization services.
