Publicación Acceso abierto El aprendizaje basado en problemas y las competencias genéricas en estudiantes de Finanzas Básicas empresariales, Universidad Norbert Wiener, Lima, 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-13) Olivares Costa, Martha Consuela; Sindeev, AndreyThe research presented here under the title “Problem Based Learning and Generic Competencies in Business Basic Finance Students, Norbert Wiener University, Lima, 2018" The work was elaborated under the parameters of a descriptive - correlational investigation. The population and sample consisted of 50 students of the course of Business Basic Finance of Nobert Wiener University. The hypothesis test was performed using the Rho Spearman coefficient, concluding that Problem Based Learning correlates with Generic Competences, a statement supported by the statistical results obtained, where Spearman's Rho equals 0. 532 allowed to accept the alternative general hypothesis .Publicación Acceso abierto Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral según los docentes de una universidad privada, Lima 2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-13) Picoaga Linares, José Antonio; Sindeev, AndreyThe research entitled Organizational climate and job satisfaction according to the teachers of a private university, Lima 2017, the same one that was done to observe that the organizational climate was not as expected, in addition to many collaborators were dissatisfied with the institution. In this sense, the research was approached from the quantitative approach, the design was descriptive correlational, the applied method was hypothetical deductive, the population was made up of 132 teachers, while applying the simple random sampling technique, then determining the value of k , to determine the sample for each subgroup, it was calculated that it would be constituted by 80 teachers distributed proportionally in three groups, the technique used was the survey with the respective instrument of the questionnaire for each variable, consequently the variables were described according to the levels established, then the hypothesis was contrasted with the Spearman Correlation test because the variables were categorical. Finally, it was demonstrated that the organizational climate is statistically significant related to job satisfaction according to the teachers of a private university, Lima 2017 (Rho = .503, p = .000), in the same way the dimensions of the organizational climate were related to the work satisfaction.Publicación Acceso abierto Coaching y motivacion en los docentes de la escuela profesional de Administracion, Universidad Privada Telesup, Lima, 2017(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-09-06) Arce Guevara, Ernesto; Sindeev, AndreyThe main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between coaching and motivation in the teachers of the Professional School of Administration of the Telesup University of Lima, 2017. The type of research is applied, the level of research is descriptive correlational; the sample comprised 60 teachers and a census-type survey was conducted, where 2 questionnaires were applied, the first to measure the coaching variable, based on 14 questions and the second survey that measured the motivation variable called EME (Educational Motivation Scale) , created by Robert Vallarand, consisting of 28 items. The reliability analysis was determined using the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, which results in 0.877 for coaching and 0.915 for motivation. The Spearman correlation coefficient test to measure the variables coaching vs. Motivation, establishes the existence of direct correlation because the result is positive and equal to 0.665, determining that the coaching is related in a direct and statistically significant way to the motivation in the teachers; concluding that 45% of the teachers of the professional school of Administration, are highly motivated and the remaining 25% have a medium motivation.
