    Burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in nurses who work in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Lima

    Objective: To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction in nurses working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital in Lima. Material and method: The population will consist of 35 nurses working at a level III-1 hospital located in the Comas district. The study will have a quantitative approach, with an observational and correlational-cross-sectional design. The technique used will be applied, and the instruments to be utilized are the Burnout Inventory and the Job Satisfaction Scale, both validated in Peru.
