Publicación Acceso abierto Dispensación de medicamentos y calidad de atención en usuarios que acuden a la Farmacia G&M del Distrito de Villa El Salvador, 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2026-02-19) Solano Ortiz, Leslye Viviana; Andamayo de Castillo, Diana EsmeraldaIntroduction: The dispensing of medications is a fundamental process in pharmaceutical care, as it directly influences user satisfaction; proper management of this process contributes to patient well-being and strengthens the quality of service in pharmacies. Objective: To determine the relationship between medication dispensing and the quality of care for users who visit the G&M Pharmacy in the district of Villa El Salvador during 2025. Materials and methods: A quantitative, applied approach was adopted, with a non experimental transactional design. The method used was hypothetical-deductive. The population consisted of 300 users, with a sample of 169 selected through intentional probability sampling. Data collection was carried out using surveys validated by Yalerque (2024) and Gutiérrez (2023). The analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics with Excel and SPSS software. Results: The values obtained using Spearman's rho statistic indicate a significant relationship between medication dispensing and quality of care (r = 0.698; p = 0.007). Conclusion: This demonstrates that proper medication dispensing directly contributes to quality care.
